Cinderella

On Saturday we went to see Cinderella at Hale Theatre with Grammy. Charlotte was very shy and curious when we first arrived to the theater and then warmed up to the event by the end! Thanks Grammy for taking us out on a date! :)

May Flowers

We spent the morning with our sweet friends, Charlie, Lexi and Miss Vicki. The girls worked on May flowers project for Mother's Day. Charlotte enjoyed dipping the bottom of the soda (or water) bottle into the orange paint and creating a flower shape. Then you tip the bottle over and  dot the center of the flower with the top of the bottle.

 While the art creations dried, we went outside for some water fun!

Dyeing Eggs

We colored eggs before Easter day. Charlotte was really into it which was a first. She could hardly wait to dunk each egg in the dye! I am so glad she is enjoying the holidays more.

 I used a muffin tin to dye eggs which worked well, but next year I am going to use tall glasses. The splashes of dye made me too nervous!

After the kiddos went to bed, Kyle and I had Easter Bunny business to attend to. We carefully filled each basket. I was so happy with my homemade Easter baskets this year. I intend on making Easter baskets with the kids for Easters to come!
