Swimming

Kyle was part of a week long conference at the Hyatt conveniently located not too far from us. We went up for a day and went swimming. Here's C waiting for Daddy to return from his meetings. We had a great time and loved spending some specials moments swimming together as a family. Sorta like a mini vacation for C and I, Kyle was pretty busy the whole week. He had an amazing time learning and meeting new people. I am so glad he had the opportunity to go.

Snack time

For days now we have been offering banana puffs to Charlotte. The puffs dissolve in your mouth as soon as you eat them, a good snack for beginning eaters. These puffs are organic and low in sugar, so healthy too. Today, I caught her feeding herself for the first time! It was exciting since I caught it all on camera!!!

Fist full of puffs!

Yay for Charlotte!!!

Expressive Little Girl

Here is the many faces of Charlotte Grace... she is so expressive these days. I think she doesn't like my camera. Boo... oh, well. She'll have to get use to it. There is no way I giving up photos of my little girl.

Happy 3rd Anniversary!

June 9th... 2009!

Pic of the summer sunset looking roses... he is such a thoughtful guy.

3 years. I can't believe it. We have grown in so many different ways together as a couple. Kyle and I are so proud of our commitment as a married couple. God has certainly blessed our marriage these past 3 years. We have overcome challenges and grown deeper in our love and respect for each other. We have made plans, had to change them and adapted to new circumstances in small and big ways. I am so proud of him as a daddy, too. Charlotte is one lucky little girl to have such an adoring father. Kyle, I love you. Thank you for all you do for our family and future.

"Standing Power"

This morning Diaper Butt was on the move...

Her hair is growing!

She loves to clap!!! She is proud of herself.

Zoned out?

"Standing Power"... for months we have been using this phrase when we change her clothes or pick her up outta the tub... many times the conversation is like this, "Charlotte, use your standing power, help mama." Anyway... here is Little Miss Independent, standing all by herself (of course with the assistance of something stable and firm to hold on to) !

Jailbird, peeking through the stair rails.

My best girl.
